HILLARY KIM, DMD
Dr. Hillary Kim was raised in Southern California and received her bio-
chemistry degree and master’s in Public Health from UCLA. She attended
Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where she met
her husband, Dr. Raymond Kwok.
While working for seven years in Boston, Dr. Kim had a successful
dental practice where she had extensive experiences in oral surgery,
endodontics, pediatric dentistry and aesthetic dentistry. In 2003, her clinical
and patient care were recognized and awarded by her peers and the local
community.
In 2008, the doctors made the decision to give up the practice and
lifestyle they had in Boston and relocate to Southern California with their
young daughter, Joanna, to be near their families.
In her spare time, Dr. Kim enjoys reading, exercising and watching the
Discovery Channel. Both Dr. Kim and Dr. Kwok are current members of the
Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry
and are actively involved with the Comprehensive Esthetic Residency
Program located in California.
Dr. Kim is fluent in English and Korean.
Drs. Kim and Kwok are participating dentists in Glendale Healthy Kids,
a non-profit organization which provides free medical care to low-income
children, and are active members in the Glendale Rotary Club.
RAYMOND KWOK, DMD
Dr. Raymond Kwok was born and raised in Southern California and
attended USC School of Pharmacy until he found his calling in dentistry.
He graduated in the top 10% of his class at Tufts University School of
Dental Medicine while obtaining his dental degree in 2000 and earned
induction into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
In 2001, Dr. Kwok also received his Post Graduate Implant Fellowship
Certificate from Tufts School of Dental Medicine.
Prior to returning to Southern California, Dr. Kwok had a fulfilling dental
practice in Boston and was a clinical faculty member at Tufts School of
Dental Medicine, Lutheran Medical Center and Harvard Dental School.
In his spare time, Dr. Kwok enjoys watching the latest reality TV,
playing fantasy sports and reading dental journals. He is active in the
Glendale Rotary Club and currently editor of the club’s “Rotoservice”
newsletter.
He speaks English and Cantonese.
Both Dr. Kwok and Dr. Kim are certified Invisalign providers and are
committed to confidently providing their patients with quality, contemporary
aesthetic dentistry and personalized care.
